For natural results
The skin and the facial skin in particular loses skin elasticity during the normal ageing process and the muscles of the subcutaneous tissue slacken. This leads to the development of wrinkles and creases and the loss and dropping of facial contours, notably in the lower face area.
There are many treatment options to improve the facial contours, facial volume and skin quality. Depending on the extent of the ageing process, sometimes minimally invasive methods are unable to achieve a natural result. A facelift is used in this situation.
This is a surgical approach during which the tissue under the skin (so-called SMAS) is tightened and the excess skin removed.
